Industrial Development
The Plattsmouth Industrial Development Corporation (PIDC) is a for-profit corporation with 40 stockholders. It has a capitalization of $100,000 with capitol stock paid in totaling $30,000. PIDC was instrumental in negotiating the purchase by the city of a 60 acre site adjacent to the city of Plattsmouth. Our development efforts have been reactive and work closely with the city administrator. State and local financial incentives are available.
