**Attention**  In accordance with Section 10.3, C.3 of the City of Plattsmouth Land Development Ordinance; City Staff will continue to periodically remove unpermitted signs within the public right-of-way. The public right-of-way is generally the space between the public roadway and the adjacent land owners property line. The Land Development Ordinance is linked below.

The Planning Commission meets on the third Thursday of each month.

NOTE: All commercial plan submittals are required to be in electronic format. Residential plan submittal is preferred to be electronic.
